We are a small, but growing firm of Property Managers, we manage Block, Residential and Commercial Properties and due to continued growth and development we now seek a further Property Pro to join our team in order to effectively manage the ever-growing commercial arm of our company.

You will be joining a supportive team of property managers, working closely with the Directors in the management of the commercial portfolio. With exciting new projects and developments joining them, it’s a great time to become part of the team.
You will be an essential part of the team, providing a full Property Management service for a portfolio of commercial units. Therefore, you must have a good understanding of managing the full spectrum of the role including Asset Management, carrying out rent & lease reviews, site inspections, ensuring compliance with all legal documentation, forecasting budgets, proactive and reactive maintenance, dealing with contractors and attending tenant meetings. Don’t worry - you will also have both accounts and admin support, to help you focus on what really matters – providing the best possible service for your clients.
The key to our success has been providing a tailored Management service to each development and providing a personal and customer focused service. Therefore, to be successful in this role you will have to echo the same values and enjoy providing great customer service.
You will have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience with commercial property, preferably with RICS qualifications or an Estate Management Degree, but more importantly you will be driven, ambitious, customer focused with a real desire to succeed. You will also possess exceptional time management and organisation skills, alongside a good understanding of the industry and relevant legislation.

Salary Range & Benefits
The salary on offer is between £30,000 - £40,000 PA, dependent on your previous industry experience and qualifications. You will also receive further support and training through further industry qualifications.
