Due to continued growth and the fact we’re always evolving, we’re now in need to add a Conveyancer to our team, to offer a new service to our clients. We’re looking for someone that really does want to develop their career in residential conveyancing and take on this new, exciting position with one of the best names in the market.
You will need to be a qualified, licensed Conveyancer and act for any of our clients that will choose us to do more than our existing solicitors’ enquiries and to manage and undergo the full conveyancing process with them. You will be based out of our office in Warrington as we have a client that will be giving you a lot of work! They’ve asked for regular meetings to be held with them in their Manchester office so we need someone close, someone that can provide a great service.
Minimum Requirements:
·         You must be proactive and have excellent customer service skills.
·         Organisational skills.
·         Ability to work well under pressure.
·         Ability to manage and prioritise own caseload with minimum supervision.
·         Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures.
·         A minimum of 2 – 3 years’ conveyancing experience.
·         Relevant qualifications and experience.
Salary Range & Benefits:
This position is paying a competitive salary of c£30,000 (may pay more for the right person with the right experience!) plus a number of great benefits.
