Day Concierge - Temp to Perm - South West London

£21,000 - £22,000 - On-Site Management

Role: Day Concierge – Temp to Perm

Location: South West London

Salary: £21,000, £10.60 per hour

Shift Pattern: 08:00 – 20:00, 4 on 4 off

Working on a luxury residential new-build scheme in South West London, you’ll form part of the Concierge Team.

The purpose of your role will be to work closely with the rest of the team and the Estate Manager to deliver exceptional levels of customer service to the residents of the development. Your day to day will involve:

Greeting and welcoming residents and guests of the estate
Acting as the first point of contact for information and/or assistance
Answering calls and emails, ensuring they’re logged and passed on as necessary
Managing and distributing keys, post and parcels

Role Requirements:

Experience in a similar role in a luxury residential building or 5* hotel
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
Proactive, reliable, polite, confident and trustworthy
