We’re currently searching for an ambitious Estate Manager to oversee an exciting deluxe development. The development at hand is a stunning collection of luxury apartments in the heart of central London. Comprised of apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms, the development boasts c300 high-end units. Throughout the complex, you will find modern and tastefully designed apartments and communal areas.
 
Residents have full access to a complete leisure department, including a large indoor pool, Jacuzzis, Saunas and a full-equipped gym. As well as this, on offer is a 24-hour concierge service and personal private parking.
 
Being located in London’s vibrant city centre, the development is on the doorstep of numerous restaurants, bars, shops and various other alluring amenities. Additionally, great transport links ensure that you will always be able to easily and quickly access all areas of the city.
 
Your role as the Estate Manager will be to manage all operational aspects of the development. It is your duty to provide a secure and safe environment for the residents and staff at the development. You will support the development of activities to enhance the lifestyle of residents based around the communal facilities and ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies.
 
Being the Estate Manager, it will be your job to ensure the development is maintained to the standard commensurate with the clients’ portfolio status and values and you will also be responsible for managing and supervising staff and overseeing the work of the in-house teams and external contractors.
 
The ideal person for this position would be someone that is committed to and passionate about providing a great customer service experience. Someone that is experienced, firm and strategic would make a success of the role, as would someone that is approachable and highly professional with a background in Property Management. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step, having had a successful career in Property Management to date.
 
Minimum Requirements:
  • Block / Estate Management experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
