About the Position:
 
You will join us as our new Estate Manager, responsible for overseeing and managing a rare collection of 72 exceptional apartments and 4 magnificent penthouses in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
 
Tucked away in its own quiet corner of London, surrounded by 54 acres of parkland, this scheme is set apart from the busy, fast paced city, yet on the same hand, everything is within easy reach. The scheme is refined with an elegant aesthetic, all set within a private gated development.
 
There are a number of amenities on-site; a health and leisure suite including a gymnasium and 20-metre swimming pool, a private cinema, business suite, wine cellar and secured underground car park.
 
You’ll also have the support and responsibility of our dedicated Estate Management site based team, working with you to ensure security, comfort and enhanced living for all residents.
 
Minimum Requirements:
  • Experience managing site-based teams.
  • Experience dealing with high-net worth clientele.
  • Experience managing amenities (swimming pools, saunas, cinemas, etc.)
  • Experience in a similar position.
  • Industry related qualifications such as IRPM / RICS / IOSH.

Desirable Requirements:
  • Experience and awareness of fire alarm systems/BMS and online portals.
 
Salary Range & Benefits:
 
This position is paying a competitive salary of c£50,000 per annum for the successful candidate (depending on experience).
