Calling all Senior Block Managers looking to transfer over to Estate Management!
We’re currently hiring for a Developer who need an experienced, proactive and dynamic Senior Block Manager to look after a high end, new build development in Central London as their new Estate Manager! If you’d like to dedicate your skills and hard work to maintaining 1 residential building to excellent standards with a team of site-based staff, then this could be perfect for you!
As their dream new Estate Manager, you’ll be truly passionate about residential property and able to take control of a new build site with leaseholders moving in this summer. At just under 200 units in the heart of Central London, the location couldn’t be batter and you’ll really be able to focus on service levels rather than constantly firefighting issues on an unreasonable unit count portfolio.
Experience in service charge budgets, health & safety, section 20 major works, handovers/snagging, AGMs, staff management, risk assessments and leasehold/contractor relationships will be key in this role as you’ll be reporting straight to the developer and outstanding levels of service are a given! If you’ve been considering a move from a full portfolio this this might be just the kind of project you need, something to get your teeth stuck into and work with a team of 8 from day 1!
Minimum Requirements
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Private Residential Block Management, looking after service charge budgets, handovers, major works projects and facilities
  • Previous experience managing onsite staffs and/or property support teams
  • Excellent customer facing communication skills and a professional nature

Desirable Requirements
  • Industry relevant qualifications such as IRPM, RICS, IOSH/NEBOSH or MBIFM

Salary Range & Benefits
This position is offering around £45K plus benefits but the salary may be negotiable depending on experience and career history.
