We are now looking for a tenacious Property Manager who will proactively manage an extensive “community” in the Chorley Area. In fact, this site is one of the largest of its type in the North West area of England. Working along experienced Property Managers and Site based staff you will receive the grounding, training and development to get you up and running so you can effectively manage this challenging portfolio and become the face of the developments. Taking care of the Residents is so important for this role, so being based on site will allow you the chance to build long lasting relationships with them. This role will be challenging – but we will give you the tools, training and support in order to do the best job for our clients and residents!
To be successful in this role you must have 5-star customer service, property management experience and the ability to work well under pressure. You will receive training on the job, however, previous exposure to Block Management, Service charge, or to a service focused role such as PRS, BTR, Student Accommodation or Building Management would be desirable.

Salary Range & Benefits
