We are now looking for an On-Site Property Manager to join our team…
Working under the direction of the Regional Manager, you will be exposed to all facets of development management from Customer Service to Facilities Management. In this role, you will be supported by the Regional Manager as well as an on-site assistant, to deliver an exceptional level of service. The role will be supportive in overseeing a prestige new development - with phases still under construction - ensuring that the facilities and maintenance programme is maintained whilst sustaining the highest levels of client support and liaison.
Your role will be customer focused and so you must be someone who is able to provide a 5* service at all times, being able to also build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and leaseholders alike.
Relevant Property Management experience
A Full UK Driving Licence
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal
An ability to deal with challenging people and handle conflicting opinions
Organised and methodical
An ability to multi-task and possess strong prioritisation skills
Can demonstrate high customer focus and time management skills

Industry related qualifications such as IRPM / RICS / IOSH
Facilities Management experience
Experience in a similar role managing a high-end development
Salary Range & Benefits
This position is paying a competitive salary of c£40,000 for the successful candidate.
