Would you like the exciting chance to head up a Block Management department and grow the division?
 
This company covers estate agency, surveying and block management and are a reputable brand, having been established for 80 years. Their block management portfolio has developed greatly over the past couple of years and they’re now on the lookout for a talented Block Manager to head up the division! The Block Management team currently consists of 2 property managers and an administrator. Who knows how big you could eventually grow the team!
 
As their new Head of Block Management, you’ll be working closely with the team to manage the company’s portfolio of 800 units, covering new build and converted blocks as well as estates and older properties. They work with Developers, Freeholders and RMCs and strive to provide the best possible levels of service at all times.
 
Your days will be made up of a variety of duties including managing staff, conducting site visits, communicating with leaseholders, clients and contractors, section 20 notices, service charge budgets and chairing AGMs where needed.
 
Minimum Requirements
 
  • 3 - 5 years Block Management experience
  • Excellent communication, IT and customer service skills
  • A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle

  • Industry related qualifications (IRPM/RICS)

Salary Range & Benefits
 
This position is offering a salary of up to £40K depending on experience plus further training and long term progression.
