A well-established Estate Agency in Colchester are currently setting up their very own Block Management division and you could be the one to head up the team! This role will offer autonomy, your name on a new department and financial rewards/progression for success in new business development and growing a strong team. When taking on a new Head of Block Management, they’re looking for someone who can grow with the company over time and will even consider offering shares in the company after a few successful years. They currently focus on Sales, Lettings and Student Accommodation and have proudly built a reputable brand name that you’d have behind you when building a leasehold portfolio.
 
A young, forward thinking team fill the office and are also proud of their fun yet driven atmosphere where a great sense of humour is combined with supporting your colleagues and working towards team success. Their communication and customer service expectations are sky high and they’re looking for a new Head of Block Management who possesses the same work ethic. Taking on this exciting new role, you’ll be highly experienced in Block Management from service charge budgets and section 20 major works to AGMs and working with a wide range of stock. You’ll also be competent in bringing in new business as this is a new department they’re planning to grow and you’ll be rewarded for new developments won alongside your salary.
 
Minimum Requirements
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Residential Block Management, ideally IRPM qualified
  • A track record in winning new business or the ability and passion to do so
  • The confidence and technical ability to run your own department

Salary Range & Benefits
 
This position is offering c.£35K depending on experience plus a company car, commission on new business achievement and the chance to gain shares in the business further down the line!
