Head of Property Management - North West London

£55,000 - £65,000 - Block Management

We are looking for a Head of Property Management to join our team. Your role will be to take leadership over 2 team leaders and their respected teams (8-12 people), also to oversee delivery of 5-star services to customers and clients, be good with problem solving, able to coach and track records of client retention.

Minimum Requirements:

Strong background in Block Management, preferably covering a large region
AIRPM / MIRPM Qualified
Team management experience, managing and motivating employees
Strong communicator, with people at all levels
A passion for the Property Sector

Desirable Requirements:

Industry related qualifications such as MIRPM / AIRPM / IOSH
Experience in a similar, senior level role

Salary Range & Benefits:

This position is paying a competitive salary of £55,000 - £66,000(depending on experience).
Home working and allowance to set up your own home office, chairs, desk etc.
