About the job…
This newly created role is responsible for the Operational Management of Property Manager Teams across the Northern regions within England with the delivery of a professional and compliant Property Management service.
You will be responsible for the delivery of management within key service levels of both the business and client expectations, through proactive management of your team of Property Managers. You will constantly be looking for continuous improvement and come up with new initiatives to ensure and improve performance.
You will ensure that your team are ahead of the curve in relation to market trends, ensuring you identify changes to client requirements and develop processes and delivery ideas to meet customer needs. You will also ensure that business opportunities are maximised, both with existing customers and commercial agreements and with new business. You will manage, lead and inspire your team.
You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance across the portfolio and driving customer standards to be best in class.
Strong background in Block Management, preferably covering a large region
Team management experience, managing and motivating employees
Strong communicator, with people at all levels
A passion for the Property sector

Salary Range & Benefits
This position is paying a competitive salary of £50,000 - £55,000 + car allowance for someone with the right level of experience. The position also comes with a number of other attractive benefits.
