We are working on behalf of a small yet established firm in the Dorset area who are now seeking a new Senior Management Professional to join their Residential Block Management Team.
You will be joining an experienced and diverse team of pros and a company who are enjoying an exciting period of change and development! Now is the perfect time to become a member of this team, to help implement change, assist in growth and get involved in using your excellent skillset in Business Development. You will be joining an established team who specialise in providing a tailored property management service to the Dorset area.
Part of your role will be to ensure the effective Management of the Property Management team, ensuring compliance with current legislation, ensuring that service levels are being maintained, offering guidance and assistance to team members, streamlining and updating company procedures, monitoring performance, compliance & the generation of new business.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Block management industry, in addition to possessing IRPM or RICS qualifications, with a positive track record of success in similar roles.
Minimum Requirements:
- Extensive Block Management Experience
- Driving License & Vehicle
- IRPM Or RICS Qualified
- Experience in a Senior role

Salary Range & Benefits:
The package on offer is commensurate with your experience in the industry and in a similar role – this can range from £40,000 - £60,000 PA depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition to this you will be offered 25 days holiday.
