Are you passionate about the Block Management Industry? Have you developed a strong network of professionals in the sector? We are now exclusively working on a Senior Level Business Development Opportunity in London which is offering excellent scope to help a quickly expanding business progress to the next level. With a great product and big ambitions alongside the offering of great service to clients and residents this position offers great scope and earning potential to a driven and proven Business Development Manager.

 As a Senior figure within the company, you will be responsible for Heading up the Business Development operations. Your role will be to actively work towards achieving new business for the company – the position will, therefore, involve being proactive and spotting opportunities in the market.

This will involve servicing the organic growth enquiries, generating new leads and subsequently producing proposals and integrating these developments into the pipeline. To do this you will be actively networking within the industry by attending relevant events such as seminars and exhibitions. You will be developing relationships within the industry and particularly focusing on working closely with developers and freeholders.

In addition to this, you will be an advocate for the Brand, consistently representing & promoting the business at the highest level – this will include working on company marketing, working with in-house and external marketing teams, web designers, etc. in order to effectively promote the Brand. This will also include looking at new avenues to bring in new business opportunities and creating additional exposure to relevant parties across the industry.

You will also be responsible for managing others within the department, working closely with the Directors and looking to develop the team further.

Minimum Requirements

  • Proven Business Development Experience
  • Experience working in Block Management
  • Strong Network of Industry Contacts
  • Ability to manage the full spectrum of a Business Development role
  • Passion, Ambition and the drive to succeed in a rewarding position

Salary Range & Benefits

The salary on offer is dependent on your industry experience and qualifications, the range on offer is between £30,000 - £50,000 PA Basic plus an unlimited commission structure which will reward you for your success.
