HR Assistant - Essex

About the Position
 
Due to the further expansion of our every increasing workforce, we now require a HR Assistant.
 
Working for a busy HR function in Harlow, reporting to a HR Manager, we are looking for an experienced and qualified HR Generalist (minimum Certificate in Personnel Practice, ideally CIPD) to work 3 days per week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday to fit in with our existing team, although there is some flexibility. 
 
The right individual will have HR experience within a fast moving organisation, along with practical experience of disciplinary, grievance, redundancy and TUPE consultations. Experience of HR databases desirable. Some travel will be involved in the role to visit our on-site employees, and other offices around the country, and flexibility is available on daily working hours.
 
Applicants must be organised, pro-active and driven, with excellent written and oral communication skills.

Minimum Requirements
 
  • HR experience
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A strong team player, but also able to work effectively as an individual
  • Certificate in Personnel Practice

Salary Range & Benefits
 
This position is paying £15,300 per annum for 22 hours per week.
