Working for a leading Property Management company servicing buildings and residents across the UK.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Assistant / Junior Property Manager to join their team and support them ensuring they’re delivering the high quality service they pride themselves on.

You’ll support the Senior Property Manager with managing their portfolio of high-end developments. Your time will be split between working on site 1/2 days a week and 2/3 days from home.

Duties will include:

Undertake site inspections and create reports detailing observations and remedial work as required
Instruct contractors to quote for and carry out repairs, ensuring the work has been completed to a high standard
Monitor and update site compliance procedures
Register and monitor insurance claims
Assist in setting the annual service charge budgets
Assist with leaseholder enquiries
Attend resident and client meetings as and when required
Responding to any emergency situations alongside the Property Manager
Assist with the management of any on-site staff
Proactively communicate with the leaseholders in person, via email or letter and via the resident portal

Requirements:

Must have experience working in block / leasehold management.
