We’re working with a multi-discipline property company in Gloucestershire who are looking to expand their team. This company manage a varied portfolio from smaller blocks of flats to larger scale converted regency style blocks, all located within close proximity to their office.
They’re looking for someone to join the team and help out with the management of their Residential Block Management portfolio. In time, once you’ve built your confidence, you’d then become more autonomous in your role, managing a few blocks of your own whilst supporting Senior Management with the management of the larger schemes.
This role comes with the opportunity to develop professionally and grow alongside the business. The company is winning a lot of new business at present, so they’re looking for someone who is career driven and wants the chance to progress. The company will invest in your continuous professional development, supporting you through qualifications such as the IRPM.
Your day to day role will initially involve assisting with the management of sites; responding to queries from Clients and the Leaseholders, assist with the preparation of Service Charge Budgets, coordinate minor repair works, respond to emails, answer the phone, type up minutes from AGMs, be present for site inspections, coordinate contractors and support the team with day to day administration duties.

Salary Range & Benefits
This position is paying a competitive salary of between £20,000 - £23,000 for the successful candidate.
