Junior Property Manager - Hybrid Working - Essex

£25,000 - Block Management

Our client is a well-established and forward-thinking brand who have been operating for over 30 years and they know that their staff are their most important asset! Therefore, they ensure their team feel valued and are recognised for the good work they do. Due to ongoing success and the demand for their services, they are now searching for a new Junior Property Manager who is looking to join a team of likeminded professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing all reactive maintenance enquiries received via telephone and email
Dealing with straightforward routine maintenance problems as requested by the Property Managers
Maintaining consistent notes on the property management system
Instructing the appropriate contractors to carry out works
Processing work orders as required
Maintaining records of Health & Safety, Electrical and Asbestos across the portfolio
Maintaining departmental control sheets and provide monthly reporting
Assisting Property Managers as required

Minimum Requirements

Full UK Drivers License
Excellent Customer Service skills
Experience working within Property Management

Desirable Requirements

Experience working within Block Management

Salary Range & Benefits

This position is paying a competitive salary of £25,000 depending on experience.
