They enjoy a lively team environment and are looking for a strong team player who can contribute to that further.
They’re on the hunt for a new Junior Property Manager to steadily build a varied residential portfolio of New Builds, Conversions and some older stock. You’ll do with the background of an Assistant PM or your own small portfolio and with the guidance and support of the new team around you.
Service Charge Budgets, Section 20s, Insurance, Maintenance Works and building strong relationships with Leaseholders, Clients and Contractors will make up your day to day duties as well as regular site visits and AGMs. As their new Block Manager, you’ll have a good understanding above duties with the passion and work ethic to progress through further qualifications such as the IRPM and RICS.

Minimum Requirements
• 1 years’ Block Management experience
• Excellent customer service, communication and IT skills
• A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle

Desirable Requirements
• Industry relevant qualifications such the IRPM, RICS or IOSH
• Experience in a similar role, managing a small portfolio of your own
• Knowledge of the surrounding Manchester area
Salary Range & Benefits
The salary on offer is dependent on your experience, ranging from £25,000 - £30,000 PA. You will also receive other benefits like Private Healthcare, Pension, 20 days holiday (with additional time off over Christmas) and car mileage. Get in touch to find out more.
