An opportunity to join our ever-growing team has arisen, we’re looking for a Property Manager to join us in our new office in Farringdon. There are 20 of us in this open plan office, spread over two floors.
 
You will be joining us as our new Junior Property Manager, helping manage an assigned portfolio of leasehold properties. This will include helping to carry out site inspections, preparing service charge budgets, managing works, issuing Section 20 notices, dealing with contractors and attending AGM’s.
 
The ideal person for this role would be someone with passion, energy and experience. It’s ideal for someone who is working as an Assistant Property Manager looking for that next step, working towards having a portfolio of properties!
 
You must be customer focused and able to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and leaseholders alike. You’ll also be willing to work towards completing the IRPM exams.
 
Minimum Requirements
 
  • Previous Block Management experience.
  • Knowledge of Service Charge budgets, Section 20 notices and relevant law/regulations (Landlord & Tenant Act 1985).
  • Exceptional customer service skills

Salary Range & Benefits
 
This position is paying a competitive salary of £27,000 depending on experience plus a number of attractive benefits.
