Lettings Client Accountant - South West London

Hours

9.00am – 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

Making sure the day-to-day tasks run smoothly for both Rent and Commercial Service Charges

Purchase Ledger
Cashier
Demands
Bank Reconciliation
Arrears Chasing
Deposits

Interim Head of Lettings Accounting in their absence

Client Meetings
Ensuring annual appraisals for the team are completed
Conduct performance reviews
Approve holiday and organise training
Preparing client statements monthly and quarterly

Managing rental payments

Year-end process
Audit Queries/Draft Accounts
Client Reporting
Raising Quarterly Management Fees
Setting Tenants, Properties and Clients up on the system

Minimum Requirements

1 to 2 years’ experience within Property Accounts
Experience of REAPIT software
Good time management
Use initiative
