We’re currently on the lookout for a super organised Administrator who loves working as part of a team towards shared goals and sees new challenges as a positive, someone with helpfulness at their core. Coming from a strong administration background (Block Management understanding would be a bonus), this role would see you working to assist the wider team as well as company Directors and contributing to the firm’s customer service front on a day to day basis. You’ll benefit from an office in the heart of London’s West End as well as the chance to attend some really exciting events throughout the year, building a network and strong personal reputation within property.
In this role, you’ll be supporting senior management and ensuring that all queries are handled quickly and efficiently. You’ll be reviewing applications for Memberships/Qualifications and processing them through sitting exams and ongoing membership. You’ll maintain the company’s database and learning hub as well as all general administration where needed. You’ll support your colleagues in events organisation and up keeping the company’s website/social media pages
Minimum Requirements
  • Excellent communication, organisational and customer service skills with attention to detail
  • A background working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask
  • A team work mentality, getting stuck in wherever needed to help the company move forward

Desirable Requirements
  • Experience or understanding in Residential Block Management
  • Administration and/or customer service qualifications/training
  • A background in events planning and social media
Salary Range & Benefits
This position is offering c.£25K plus benefits for the right candidate but may be slightly flexible depending on experience and qualifications.
