You can be based in either our Essex or London office, giving you the opportunity to work in whichever office is closer to home however with the role being new business focused, you will have flexibility in the role as you’ll be travelling to and from sites/meetings. Your role will be to work within our New Business Team and actively work towards bringing in new business for the company and working with our Property Managers to help retain it. We have systems and processes in place which work very well, allowing a smooth process. However with that said, we always look to improve this with regards to efficiency and to generally streamline the integration process. Your ideas will be heard!
The ideal New Business Manager would be someone dynamic, personable and motivated. You must have excellent communication and people skills as well as the skill set and confidence to pitch to potential new clients. The ideal New Business Manager would be someone that is able to work using their own initiative and as an individual successfully but also be able to work as part of a strong team. The ideal New Business Manager will be someone that has experience in a New Business Manager / Business Development Manager role within the industry and a track record of success. 
Minimum Requirements:
  • 5 years’ Block Management experience.
  • New Business experience – a track record of winning business
  • An operational outlook on New Business, thinking long term

Salary Range & Benefits:
This position is paying a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience + commission. The position also comes with a number of great benefits.
