This development is an exceptional former factory dating back over a century, 350 units, basement carpark, a couple of floors of offices and 3 ground floor units have been designed for exclusive artisan living within a unique conservation area, surrounded by Georgian terraces and Regency villas.
 
You will be reporting directly into the Senior Property Manager and occasionally one of the clients who lives on the site. Their standards are high so to be successful in this role as their valued Onsite Property Manager, must have experience managing a portfolio with a track record of delivering
Results including setting budgets.
 
Your role as the Onsite Property Manager will be to manage the development and its employees, overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring that all services and activities are carried out efficiently. We are therefore looking for someone that is an experienced and knowledgeable Estate Management professional, with proven experience of managing budgets, section 20 processes, overseeing major works projects and managing breaches of lease to the highest standards.
 
Minimum Requirements
 
  • Previous Block Management and or Estate Management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent reporting and financial management skills
  • Experience managing a high-end development
  • Able to deal with problems and challenges effectively
  • Able to work well under pressure and prioritise workload
 
Desirable Requirements
 
• Industry related qualifications, e.g. IRPM / RICS / IOSH
 
Salary Range & Benefits
 
This role is paying a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000. The working hours are Monday – Friday, 8am –
4pm.
