We are working with this employer to recruit a Service Charge Accountant to join their growing finance function. This position offers partial home working.
This role would ideally suit someone who has a strong fundamental understanding of Debits & Credits, Journals & Adjustments and the preparation of accounts. Experience in the property sector would be desirable but not essential.

Minimum Requirements
To be considered for the role, you will need to be able to demonstrate strong accounting skills and will have at least two years’ experience in the preparation of accounts.

Preparation of accounts to Trial Balance and beyond

Knowledge of Debits & Credits

Understanding of Double-entry bookkeeping

Intermediate Excel
Desirable Requirements

Ideally, you will also be working towards an accounting qualification such as AAT (level 4 Minimum), CIMA or ACCA

Service Charge Accounting experience

Use of Qube

Salary Range & Benefits
This position is paying a competitive salary of £30,000 plus paid study costs.
