They’re a national, continuously evolving Property Management Company. Having experienced such rapid growth, they now have exciting new plans in place to help drive the business forward, implementing stronger processes and procedures along the way and launching new training and development concepts internally. One of these being a bespoke internal training academy designed specifically for them, aimed at providing their employees with the resources to develop their skillsets.
                      
An opportunity to join their ever-growing team has arisen. We’re looking for a part time New Business Administrator to join their team, with the flexibility working from home, going into their Head Office in Harlow ideally 1 day per week.
 
Your role as our New Business Administrator will involve:
 
  • Updating all internal systems and ensuring all information is up to date
  • Identifying leads and passing all relevant information onto the New Business Managers
  • Conducting initial phone calls with perspective clients and updating information accordingly, then passing them onto the New Business Managers
  • Involvement in marketing and using campaigns to gain interest from prospective clients
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure information is being passed and progressed effectively
  • Keeping up to date with movement and updates in the industry
  • First point of contact for internal New Business queries – co-ordinate responses
  • Assisting NBMs with writing proposals and tenders as required, including double/sense checking before sent to client
  • Maintain marketing database in line with GDPR
  • Maintain a marketing calendar to show campaigns, arrange associated meetings etc.
 
Minimum Requirements
 
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team
  • Excellent administration and organisation skills
  • A willingness to learn, undergo further training and take guidance
 
Desirable Requirements
 
  • Experience in the property sector, more specifically, Block Management experience, in an Assistant or Administrator role
  • Industry related qualifications such as IRPM / RICS / IOSH
  • A background in sales and/or marketing
 
Salary Range & Benefits
 
This position is paying a competitive salary of £10,000 - £12,000 pro rata salary plus a number of attractive benefits.
