Part-Time Major Works Project Manager - Central London

On the lookout for an exciting part time opportunity in London?

We’re currently on the lookout for an experienced Block Manager to take the lead on a series of major works projects for a development of 137 units in Paddington.

You will be the project manager who oversees the process of section 20 works needed for the building, including a 1.5 million pound boiler replacement project, lift replacements and smaller health & safety based works.

Working autonomously on-site, this exciting part time role will work on a 6 month rolling contract, up until the completion of the works needed. You will report into the managing agent, receiving all the support you need to thrive in your role.

Minimum Requirements

Previous experience within Block Management
A great working knowledge of Section 20 consultations
Excellent organisation skills and the ability to work autonomously

Desirable Requirements

Experience with complex major works projects
Industry related qualifications (IRPM/RICS/IOSH)

Salary Range & Benefits

This position will work on a 6 Month rolling contract. The pro-rata salary is negotiable - get in touch to discuss salary requirements for the role.
