If you spend as much time in the Leasehold/Block Management sector as we do, then you’ll know that part time Property Management opportunities are few and far between! They are however, incredibly sought after, as many Block Managers and support staff are looking for more flexibility and the elusive dream that is a good work/life balance!
A small yet well established and well-run Managing Agent in South West London are currently on the looking for someone who fits that exact bill, someone with experience in Block Management who wants a more flexible, part time working pattern to help them wind down but still remain involved in the industry. You don’t have to have managed your own portfolio, a good understanding of Block Management and experience at Administrator, Support or Assistant level would be perfect for this role as they’ll provide further training in this office based role.
As their perfect new Property Administrator, you’ll possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail. You’ll already have a good understanding of Block Management (service charge budgets, section 20 major works, solicitors’ enquiries, insurance claims, AGMs, health & safety) and will assist the Directors with the office based duties of managing a leasehold portfolio. You’ll be friendly and able to work as part of a close team, prioritising customer service at all times.
Minimum Requirements
  • Experience in Residential Block Management
  • Excellent communication, customer service, organisational and IT skills
  • A personable nature, able to work with a small team in a relaxed environment

Desirable Requirements
  • Previous experience managing your own residential leasehold portfolio
  • Industry qualifications such as the IRPM, RICS or IOSH/NEBOSH
  • Experience working with high end London properties
Salary Range & Benefits
This position is offering a pro rata salary of between £25K - £35K per annum (between £15K – £21K take home for 3 days a week) and is dependant on experience.
