We’re working with a multi-disciplined firm of Chartered Surveyors that predominantly operate in London but have exciting plans to expand their business. Their current portfolio is made up of c2000 units, with plans to at least double if not triple that within the next 5 years.
They’re a traditional company incorporating more modern technology into the business having just revamped their software system. They’re also currently looking into altering and improving internal processes to improve efficiency throughout the business. You could be involved in helping the business to grow and evolve. The Directors value input from their team.
They’re currently on the lookout for a Property Administrator to join the team to offer admin support to the team of Property Managers as well as offering support to them with the management of their portfolios. Your role will therefore include responding to enquiries both over the phone and via email from Clients and Residents, coordinating minor works projects, assisting with the management and coordination of contractors, sending out letters and management packs to Residents, typing up minutes from AGMs and so on.  
There is the opportunity to grow in your role alongside the business.
Minimum Requirements
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Organised and efficient
Desirable Requirements
  • Experience in a similar customer focused, administration role within the Property sector

Salary Range & Benefits
This position is paying a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.
