A family run Estate Agency in North West London are currently on the lookout for a
Part Time Property Administrator
to assist their busy team who look after Residential Sales, Lettings and Block Management. Their current Administrator is soon going off on maternity leave, but this will be a permanent role, taking over the workload while she’s away and then splitting everything when she returns as the company are steadily expanding, taking on a larger portfolio through organic growth! The working pattern for this role is expected to be either 2 or 3 days a week so it would be perfect for someone with family commitments, hours worked can also be flexible and the company director is always open minded for the right candidate. If you’re looking for a role where you’ll feel valued and can maintain a good work/life balance, then this could be for you!
Working with a well-established team of Sales and Lettings Negotiators, Accountants, a Block Manager and Company Directors, you’ll support the entire team in providing an efficient, customer focused service at all times. You’ll work on a variety of property management, residential sales and leasehold duties and will also be key to maintaining the office, ensuring it’s always a productive environment. Working closely with Directors could also involve some PA duties, this will be a really varied role making sure no 2 days are the same and that you’re always kept busy!
As their ideal new
, you’ll come from a background in office administration and a little experience in Property Sales/Management/Accounts would also be desirable but not essential. Their main focus is finding someone who’s organised, can multi task and as a real teamwork attitude, helping wherever possible and getting involved in all aspects of a lively estate agency. They enjoy a positive, friendly office culture and are ideally looking for someone with a bubbly personality who enjoys hard work while building lasting relationships with colleagues!
Previous administration experience in an office environment
Excellent communication, IT, customer service and organisational skills

Salary Range & Benefits
This position is offering a salary of c.£20K pro rata depending on experience and qualifications so the take home pay would be between £8K and £12K for a 2 or 3-day week.
