We are proud to have some strong relationships with national and regional house builders and developers as well as with smaller independent clients.

To continue to help us work so efficiently, we now require a new Legal Property Assistant to join our team in Hertfordshire. This is a diverse role where you will be providing an efficient service to the Back-office function and Property management departments.  You will be part of team, providing a source of legal expertise within the Property sector and your main aim will be to maintain an up-to-date knowledge base.


  • Analysis and investigation of legal, technical and financial issues as required
  • Practical application and interpretation of Landlord and Tenant legislation
  • Ensure all advice meets company compliance and best practice guidelines
  • Involvement in business projects
  • Risk management both as part of the advice given, as well as looking at risk minimisation for business processes
  • Attend FTT and Client meetings as required, ensuring full, advance preparation.

You will have:

  • Experience of Lease Reading & analysis gained within the private side of the residential property industry
  • The ability to multi-task across a number of projects, whilst maintaining accuracy and observing time constraints
  • A Confident and an assured manner in dealing with a variety of customers
  • The ability to take ownership of allocated workload and agreed tasks, keeping your manager fully informed

Minimum Requirements

  • Legal knowledge of Leasehold Agreements
  • Legal Knowledge of Property Management Industry

Salary Range & Benefits

The salary range on offer is between £25,000 - £32,000 PA dependent on your experience.
