Your role as one of our Property Managers will be to manage a portfolio of 8 – 10 developments, giving you the time to take a proactive approach and build lasting relationships. Several on Isle of Dogs, one in Aylesbury, St Albans and Hounslow. You'll spend 3 days from home and 2 days in the office. 
This Property Manager position requires someone that is confident and able to build and maintain a strong rapport with clients. We’re looking for someone that is experienced and can hit the ground running.
The ideal Property Manager would be someone who is dynamic, career driven and professional. You must have excellent communication and customer service skills as well as confidence in your work. The ideal Property Manager would have obtained their IRPM and if not, be willing to work towards achieving it. It is essential that you have at least 2-3 years’ residential block management experience in a similar role.
Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 2 years’ Block Management experience.
  • A full working knowledge of Service Charge budgets, Section 20 notices and relevant law/regulations (Landlord & Tenant Act 1985).
  • Experience in chairing AGM and carrying out site inspections.
Desirable Requirements:
  • Property related qualifications such as MIRPM, IOSH or RICS.
