We’re working with a multi-disciplined firm of Chartered Surveyors that predominantly operate in London but have exciting plans to expand their business. Their current portfolio is made up of c2000 units, with plans to at least double if not triple that within the next 5 years.
They’re a traditional company incorporating more modern technology into the business having just revamped their software system. They’re also currently looking into altering and improving internal processes to improve efficiency throughout the business. You could be involved in helping the business to grow and evolve. The Directors value input from their team.
They’re currently on the lookout for a Property Manager to join their growing team. Your role would be to manage an assigned portfolio of residential blocks across London. Your day to day role will therefore include preparing and managing Service Charge budgets, issuing and overseeing the s.20 process, coordinating major works, carrying out site inspections and chairing AGMs.
There is the opportunity to grow in your role alongside the business and they’re also open to a degree of flexible working.
2 – 3+ years’ Block Management experience.
A full working knowledge of Service Charge budgets, Section 20 notices and relevant law/regulations (Landlord & Tenant Act 1985).
Experience in chairing AGM’s and carrying out site inspections.

Salary Range & Benefits
This position is paying a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.
