We’re working with a company that have been operating for a number of years that are now at a turning point within the business – a pivotal point of growth. They’re investing heavily in their team, the structure of the business, their service delivery and efficiency levels, the portfolio and their internal systems. This will allow them to support the growth plans that they have set out.
To also support their exciting growth plans, they are on the lookout for an experienced, personable Property Manager to join their team. You’ll be managing a portfolio of c35 sites, a mix of Freehold Estate Management and full Block Management. With a structure that values admin support to enable their Property Managers to be the most productive versions of themselves, you’ll be able to concentrate on building and maintaining relationships whilst also taking a proactive approach to management.
Your opinion and ideas will also be valued as they continue to develop their operation and management service.
They’re looking for someone self-sufficient, that knows what they’re doing when it comes to managing a portfolio. They’re looking for someone level-headed and relaxed yet resilient and able to manage their workload successfully.
Minimum Requirements
-
2+ years’ Block Management experience
-
Ability to prioritise own workload, be resilient and communicate effectively

Salary Range & Benefits
This position is paying a competitive salary of between £25,000 - £35,000 for the successful candidate.
