We’re working with a growing, employee-focused employer in Berkshire. They’re looking for an organised, personable Property Manager to join their team.
This company has an interesting and unique set up where they work as “teams” across a portfolio. Each team is made up of a Senior Property Manager, Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager. Why is this good for you as the Property Manager? It means you’ll have an Assistant Property Manager for admin support across the portfolio and a Senior Property Manager for support, guidance and advice. It also means that the workload is more manageable and should someone within a portfolio be off on annual leave, there are still two other people capable of managing the portfolio effectively in their absence – that’s right, you won’t come back to an inbox full of a million things to action! You can enjoy your annual leave!
You will take the lead managing a select few sites within the portfolio, but the company’s ethos is very much working collaboratively as a team.
This company is looking for someone knowledgeable with a couple of years’ experience within the Block Management sector, even if some of that time has been spent as an Assistant Property Manager. You need to be confident enough to provide guidance to the Assistant Property Manager and give direction to them with prioritising their workload whilst also respecting the role of the Senior Property Manager and listening to their valuable input.
It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow in a Property Manager role.
Minimum Requirements

2+ years’ Block Management experience

Ability to prioritise own workload, be resilient and communicate effectively

Salary Range & Benefits
This position is paying a competitive salary of between £25,000 - £35,000.
