Property Manager - Central London

Located in a vibrant borough in North London, our office is modern and open plan with a roof terrace and some pretty amazing views of London! You will be surrounded by culture. With a wide selection of restaurants, shops, theatres and fitness centres (we have our own five-a-side football team, some of us attend lunch time spin classes together and are involved in many fitness charity events!).

Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a new Property Manager to join our team. You’ll be managing an assigned portfolio of residential developments, all within close proximity of our office – so you’ll never have too far to go for a site visit. Your role as our new Property Manager will include preparing and managing budgets, overseeing and managing major works projects, managing the s.20 consultation process, managing all Health & Safety and Fire Risk Assessments and chairing AGMs.
 
We’re looking for someone that can continue to manage this portfolio effectively, continuing to build and maintain the relationships we have amongst the portfolio.
 
Minimum Requirements
 
  • 2 – 3 years’ Block Management experience
  • Full working knowledge of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1985
  • Experience managing s.20s, setting Service Charge budgets and chairing AGMs
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships
 
Desirable Requirements
 
  • Full clean UK driving licence
  • Industry related qualifications such as IRPM / RICS / IOSH

Salary Range & Benefits
 
This position is paying a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.
