Property Manager - West Midlands (County)

£35,000 - £40,000 - Block Management

Due to our continued success and growth we now require a new Block Manager to join our expanding team. We are a reputable and growing firm of Chartered Surveyors & Property Managers who specialise in Leasehold & Block Management in Birmingham and across the West Midlands.
 
We’re seeking a talented & experienced Property Manager to join our team and to manage a portfolio covering the central Birmingham area. You will have an excellent working knowledge of the industry and be looking to take the next step up in your career.  This is a great opportunity to get away from the large corporate environment and step into an expanding, dynamic and growing team with realistic progression.
 
 As a Block Manager, you will be experienced in the role, you will have a good working knowledge of the section 20 process, setting service charge budgets, site visits, conducting AGM’s, complying with health & safety regulations, overseeing maintenance work and dealing with insurance. 
 
With your positive and hardworking approach, you will be able to build a strong rapport and long lasting relationships with your leaseholders, clients and contractors.
 
Minimum Requirements
 
  • 2+ years’ experience in Block Management
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Passion for the industry
  • Full UK Driving Licence
 
Desirable Requirements
 
  • Industry Qualification such as AIRPM or RICS or IOSH
 
Salary Range & Benefits
 
This role is offering a salary of around £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.
