Property Manager - Middlesex

Calling all service driven Property Managers! A well-established, growing brand on the outskirts of South West London are adding to their team due to company expansion and you could be their ideal new superstar! They cover Residential Block Management as well as Commercial Property Management and are looking for someone who can maintain their high standards in Block Management alongside their existing Property Managers.

As their new Block Manager, you’ll oversee a portfolio of apartment blocks across Greater London. In managing the communal areas, you’ll prepare and oversee service charge budgets, arrange day to day and major works, issue section 20 notices where needed, conduct regular site visits, organise and host AGMs, oversee all H&S requirements and maintain excellent levels of communication with Clients, Leaseholders and contractors across your portfolio. Working in South West London, you’ll ideally be fairly locally and will be looking to stay with a company for long term progression.

Minimum Requirements

• Around 2 years’ experience in Residential Block Management
• Excellent communication, IT and customer service skills
• IRPM qualifications are desirable but not essential

Salary Range & Benefits

This position is offering between £30K - £35K depending on experience plus the opportunity to progress with a well-established firm in Greater London.
