With lots of goals in mind, we’re now on the lookout for a Property Manager to join us in our office in Hampshire. You will become an essential part of the team, managing a portfolio of 25 – 30 sites. Your day to day duties will therefore include preparing and managing service charge budgets, managing the s.20 process and major works projects, carrying out site inspections, chairing AGMs and building a rapport with the Clients and leaseholders across your portfolio.
You will have passion, energy and be customer focused. For us, it’s all about mindset – you’ll be fun, outgoing and driven to succeed. We’re looking for someone who will want to build a long term career.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 2+ years’ Block Management experience
  • Full working knowledge of Service Charge budgets, Section 20 notices and relevant law/regulations (Landlord & Tenant Act 1985)
  • Experience in chairing AGM’s and carrying out site inspections
Desirable Requirements:
  • Industry-related qualifications such as IRPM / RICS / IOSH

Salary Range & Benefits:
This position is paying a competitive salary of £25K - £28K depending on experience.
