We’re currently hiring on behalf of a family run managing agent who need their next experienced, customer-focused Block Manager. In this role, you’ll be looking after a portfolio of 12 sites across Greater London. You’ll work on a mix of RMCs, RTMs, and Freeholder/Developer clients with the support of the company's Senior Management and wider team. Your day to day duties will be made up of site visits, arranging re-active maintenance, liaising with contractors, H&S inspections, ensuring fire safety, a range of leaseholder and client communications, planning section 20 major works projects, conducting AGMs and planning/maintaining annual service charge budgets. You’ll work with a friendly and relaxed team. There is also the opportunity to progress into senior management.
Minimum Requirements:

2 years Block Management experience, including section 20s and service charge budgets

Previous experience managing a range of developments including RMCs

Excellent customer service, IT and communication skills

A full UK driving license and your own vehicle
-
IRPM highly desirable but not essential
Salary Range & Benefits:
This position is offering between £30K and £35K depending on experience and qualifications.
