Property Manager - East London

£35,000 - £40,000 - Block Management

Our client is a specialist London based Managing Agent and they are searching for an experienced Block Manager to join the team.

Your role will include carrying out site inspections, liaising with contractors, overseeing and managing major works projects, issuing S.20’s, preparing budgets and attending AGM’s. The ideal Property Manager would be someone that is passionate, personable and self-motivated.

Portfolio : 10 developments 500-1000 units depending on the your experience. Mainly new builds, some with gyms, swimming pools and on-site staff.

Minimum Requirements

3+ years’ Block Management experience
A full working knowledge of Service Charge budgets, Section 20 notices and relevant law/regulations (Landlord & Tenant Act 1985)
IRPM qualification

Salary Range

For this role, the salary on offer is between £35,000 - £40,000 dependent on your qualifications & experience in the industry.
