Our Client is a Property Management company with a large mixed management portfolio, including housing developments, residential apartment blocks, and commercial property and we’re working with them to source a new Property Manager for their team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Block Manager looking to develop their career in Estate and Property Management. Home working is on offer, allowing you the autonomy to plan and manage your own diary effectively in line with the needs of your portfolio. The portfolio you’ll be managing will vary from leasehold blocks to freehold housing estates, spanning East Anglia down to London and the South East.

We’re looking for an individual with a strong desire to develop their career. A confident, positive and outgoing attitude is essential, as is the ability to communicate both face to face, over the phone and by email. You should have strong IT skills including demonstrable experience of using Qube software and possess confidence in using Microsoft Office and Excel. A professional approach and strong work ethic are as important as anything else.

Minimum Requirements

2 – 3+ years’ Block Management experience
A full working knowledge of Service Charge budgets, Section 20 notices and relevant law/regulations (Landlord & Tenant Act 1985)
Experience in chairing AGM’s and carrying out site inspections
A desire to have an impact, and make a contribution to a growing business and the customer experience

Desirable Requirements

Industry related qualifications such as IRPM / RICS / IOSH
Experience using Qube

Salary Range & Benefits

This position is paying a competitive salary of £35K - £40K depending on experience.
