We are now in need of a new Property Manager to join our team. With the guidance and briefing of our team, you’ll be managing a portfolio comprising c11 estates. We’re looking for someone who shares our values and understands the importance of a superior level of customer service, an experienced Property Manager, ideally already holding industry related qualifications such as IRPM / RICS / IOSH.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience managing a residential leasehold portfolio
- A focus on customer service and being able to deliver a quality service
- A team player that can also work effectively as an individual

Salary Range & Benefits
This position is paying £35,000 - £40,000 per annum for the right candidate (depending on experience).
