Property Manager - Hampshire

£30,000 - £35,000 - Block Management

We’re a continuously evolving Property Management Company with a focus on service delivery and job satisfaction for our team. Having experienced such rapid growth, we now have exciting new plans in place to help drive the business forward, implementing stronger processes and procedures along the way and launching new training and development concepts internally.

We’re now looking for a home based Property Manager to join our team, managing a portfolio in Hampshire.

As our new Property Manager, you will effectively manage and provide a full Property Management service to an assigned portfolio of residential developments. This will include carrying out site inspections, preparing service charge budgets, managing works, issuing Section 20 notices, dealing with contractors and attending AGM’s.

Minimum Requirements

Experience managing a residential leasehold portfolio
A full working knowledge of Section 20s, Service Charge budgets and industry guidelines and regulations (Landlord and Tenant Act, RICS, ARMA, etc.)
A focus on customer service and being able to deliver a quality service
A team player that can also work effectively as an individual

Desirable Requirements

Industry related qualifications such as IRPM / RICS / IOSH or other property related qualifications

Salary & Benefits

This position is paying a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience plus a very attractive benefits package.
