Property Manager - West Midlands (County)

£32,000 - £36,000 + Car Allowance - Block Management

We’re working with an established, service driven employer in Birmingham to help them recruit a new Property Manager for their team. This company has ambitious growth plans and as such, it’s an exciting time to join them.

This position comes with the chance to really get stuck in with your own portfolio in an autonomous role that will allow you to take control, plan your own diary and use the support functions of the business to deliver a 5* service to your leaseholders and clients.

You also have the option to work from home 2 – 3 days per week as flexibility is something this employer recognises as being important to their team.

Minimum Requirements

2 - 3 years’ Block Management experience
A full working knowledge of Service Charge budgets, Section 20 notices and relevant law/regulations (Landlord & Tenant Act 1985)
Experience in chairing AGM’s and carrying out site inspections

Desirable Requirements

Industry related qualifications such as IRPM / RICS / IOSH

Salary Range & Benefits

This position is paying a competitive salary of £32K - £36K + car allowance, depending on experience.
