Property Manager - North West London

£45,000 - Block Management

Due to some new business wins, we’re helping them to recruit an experienced, service-driven Property Manager. The purpose of your role will be to take on the management of a very new site of theirs, a new, luxury scheme in London complete with high-end amenities. This new Client will take up 70% of your workload, enabling you to really focus on building a rapport and getting to know the development inside out whilst also being able to provide the very best service.

Minimum Requirements

4 years’ Block Management experience
Excellent customer service, communication and IT skills
Experience managing developments of 200+ units

Desirable Requirements

Industry qualifications such as the IRPM or RICS
New build experience

Salary Range & Benefits

This position is offering a salary of c£45,000 depending on experience and qualifications plus a very attractive benefits package.
