We’re looking for a new home based Property Manager to join our team to manage a portfolio in the Midlands.
This portfolio will consist of approximately 1000 units, of mixed housing and flat developments spread over 20 sites. The portfolio stretches mainly over Leicester and Coventry postcodes, with a couple of Birmingham requirements. It may include Nottingham as well in the longer term as the company moves things around.
We’re looking for someone self-motivated and proactive in their approach to their workload. We’re looking for someone with excellent communication and customer service skills, with a natural ability to build and maintain rapport with clients and leaseholders alike.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years’ Block Management experience.
- Exceptional customer service, communication and organisational skills.
- A full working knowledge of relevant Landlord & Tenant Act 1985, Service Charge budgets, Section 20 consultation and experience in chairing AGMs.

Salary Range & Benefits
This position is paying a starting salary of £30,000 - £35,000 depending on qualifications for the successful candidate, along with a number of attractive benefits.
