We’re looking for a new home based Property Manager to join our team to manage a portfolio in the Swindon area.
The portfolio will consist of approximately 20 sites, c800 units. These will range from housing estates to blocks of flats, stretching from Devon/Plymouth up to the Swindon area.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years’ Block Management experience.
- Exceptional customer service, communication and organisational skills.
- A full working knowledge of relevant Landlord & Tenant Act 1985, Service Charge budgets, Section 20 consultation and experience in chairing AGMs.

Salary Range & Benefits
This position is paying a starting salary of £30,000 - £35,000 depending on qualifications for the successful candidate, along with a number of attractive benefits.
