Working for a company with years of experience in Block Management, Surveying, Sales & Lettings, this is a chance to experience all angles of the residential property sector and really expand your knowledge base.
Made up of highly skilled professionals, this team services Clients in Dorset, more specifically Poole and Bournemouth. We’re looking for a solution-focused Property Manager to join their team to assist with the management of their existing portfolio whilst also growing alongside the Block Management department as a whole, taking on new Clients and Sites in an expanding team.
Your role will therefore include building and maintaining a rapport with leaseholders and clients alike, overseeing section 20 major works projects, setting and managing Service Charge budgets, carrying out site inspections and attending AGMs.
As you’ll be joining the Block Management department whilst it’s still a smaller team, there’s a lot of opportunity to really elevate your career and excel in the role. If you’re an opportunist that can see the potential within a business, then this is the role for you.
Minimum Requirements
  • 2/3 years’ Block Management experience
  • A full working knowledge of Service Charge budgets, Section 20 notices and relevant law/regulations (Landlord & Tenant Act 1985)
  • Experience in chairing AGM’s and carrying out site inspections
Desirable Requirements
  • Industry related qualifications such as IRPM / RICS / IOSH

Salary Range & Benefits
This position is paying a competitive salary of £30K - £35K depending on experience.
