Managing no more than 6 sites, this Property Manager role is one that will allow you the time to actually manage your buildings and build relationships!
One of London’s most reputable Block Management businesses is looking to add to their growing team with a new Property Manager. This company has ambitious growth plans for the year, and as such, it’s exciting time to join them and help shape the future of the business.
Based in the heart of London, you’ll spend 2 – 3 days per week in their office in the West End, 1 day out on site and 2 from home.
Your role will be to provide the best possible levels of service to a high-end portfolio in prime, Central London so a customer focused, efficient and strong Property Manager is required. Their clients are aware of their envious high standards in this industry and so they’re looking for someone that can continue to go that extra mile, keeping the clients in the loop and maintaining strong relationships.

Upon joining them, they will assess your skill set and help you to grow personally and professional, supporting you through industry related training and qualifications as well as offering support and guidance in the job role.
Minimum Requirements

At least 3 years’ experience managing residential leasehold portfolios

A full working knowledge of service charge budgets and section 20 notices

Customer focused approach to Block Management

Experience building and maintaining strong client relationships with high-end clientele

Industry relevant qualifications such as IRPM, RICS or IOSH
Desirable Requirements
Salary & Benefits
This position is paying a salary of £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
